Pennsylvania's Priority Care of Erie is now U.S. HealthWorks

ERIE, Penn. – U.S. HealthWorks, one of the largest operators of occupational healthcare centers in the United States, today announced it has acquired Priority Care Inc. of Erie.

Priority Care is located at 3010 West Lake Road in Erie and is the first U.S. HealthWorks facility in western Pennsylvania and the third in the state. To contact the center and learn more about their services, call (814) 833-2385.

With this acquisition, U.S. HealthWorks now operates 173 healthcare centers nationwide. Terms of the transaction, effective October 31, 2012, were not disclosed.

The facility will continue to offer a wide range of urgent care and occupational healthcare services, including diagnosis and treatment for injury and illness, preventive services, pre-employment and post-offer exams and screening, and return-to-work rehabilitative care. The center is open Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

U.S. HealthWorks’ other Pennsylvania centers are in Carlisle and Reading.
