U.S. HealthWorks Announces Addition of Eight Occupational
Healthcare Clinics in Indiana

INDIANAPOLIS -- U.S. HealthWorks, a leading operator of occupational healthcare and urgent care centers, announced today that it will enter into a strategic partnership with Indiana University Health in which the two organizations will collaborate in providing occupational health services to Indiana employers.

As part of the agreement, U.S. HealthWorks will have a clinical collaboration with IU Health, as well as, acquire the assets of eight free standing IU Health clinics in the Indianapolis area-- five in Indianapolis and one each in Muncie, Fishers and Lebanon. These clinics provide a full range of services to promote employee wellness and treat on-the-job injuries. The agreement is expected to be completed by June 30. Other terms were not disclosed.

Once the transaction is finalized, U.S. HealthWorks will have 13 centers and worksites in Indiana and 199 nationwide in 17 states.

This transaction will be the third in the Midwest for U.S. HealthWorks in the last six months. Previously, U.S. HealthWorks acquired nine centers and worksites in Wisconsin and the Chicago area.
