LOS ANGELES – U.S. HealthWorks, a leading operator of occupational healthcare and urgent care centers nationwide, announced today it has acquired California Occupational Clinic of Los Angeles.
California Occupational Clinic is located at 1400 S. Grand Ave, Suite 611, in downtown Los Angeles.
The new Los Angeles location gives U.S. HealthWorks 70 centers and worksites in California, and 212 centers and worksites in 19 states. U.S. HealthWorks also has a Los Angeles center at 1313 West 8th Street, Suite 100.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The facility will continue to offer a wide range of occupational healthcare and urgent care services, including diagnosis and treatment for injury and illness, preventive services, pre-employment and post-offer exams and screening, and return-to-work rehabilitative care.
