AUSTIN, Texas – U.S. HealthWorks, one of the largest operators of occupational healthcare and urgent care centers in the United States, today announced it has acquired PRO MED Urgent Care, which operates three urgent care centers in the Austin area.
U.S. HealthWorks currently has centers in the Dallas and Houston regions. The acquisition of these centers make them the first in Austin and bring the total number of U.S. HealthWorks medical and onsite clinics to 223 nationwide in 20 states.

The facilities will continue to offer a wide range of urgent and occupational healthcare services, including diagnosis and treatment for injury and illness, immunizations and vaccinations, physicals and a variety of rehabilitation services.
